Arpit Kumar Singhal is a seasoned professional with expertise in product management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs since October 2020, focusing on AI-driven ChatBot and IVR integrations. Prior experience includes managing end-to-end payments and customer experience across ten European countries as a Manager and Product Manager at Deutsche Telekom, and leading significant user experience enhancements at Flipkart as a Product & Program Manager. Arpit also held product management roles at VOONIK and performed a summer internship at Alvarez & Marsal.
