Éva Tünde Ladányiné Pap

Éva Tünde Ladányiné Pap has extensive work experience in both the telecommunications and travel industries. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, initially as a Presales-Consultant and later as the Head of Quality Team, CU Germany- Quality & Processes. Éva Tünde also holds the current position of Head of Application Development Service. Prior to this, Éva worked at Thomas Cook for over two decades, serving as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent, Office Leader, and eventually as a Regional Manager.

Éva Tünde Ladányiné Pap attended the College of Szolnok, Faculty of Tourism, where they studied Travel Management and Travel Technology. Éva Tünde also attended Tömörkény István Gimnázium, a Secondary Grammar School in Szeged, Hungary, where they specialized in English and German. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including DevOps, Agile Scrum Master, Kepner-Tregoe, SAFe Agilist Certification, Amadeus Certification, IATA Certification, ITIL v3 Foundation Level, ITIL4, Power Bi, and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC).
