Fésûs László

Fésûs László has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Fésûs started their career as a Business Consultant at Faller & Faller Consulting in 2001. Fésûs then moved on to the Hungarian Ministry of Finance, working as a Legal Counsel and participating in re-structuring legislation and introducing new financial control concepts.

In 2004, László joined the European Social Fund as an initial internal auditor, later transitioning to the role of compliance manager. Fésûs gained valuable experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and managing audits.

From 2007 to 2012, László worked at the ÉARFü Regional Development Agency, where they served as the Deputy Director and Head of Intermediate Body. In this role, they were responsible for directing, managing, and monitoring the utilization of EU funds, as well as providing financial oversight and managing a team of 70 employees.

In 2012, László joined Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, taking on various roles throughout the years. Fésûs started as a Business Analyst, coordinating and executing business reporting tasks. From 2014 to 2019, László served as the Head of Service Delivery Unit, responsible for providing operational services and managing a team of 100 employees. In 2019, they took on the role of Head of Service Operations & Global Project Manager, overseeing global projects and leading agile initiatives.

Overall, Fésûs László has demonstrated a strong background in project management, financial control, compliance, and team leadership.

Fésûs László completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Debrecen University, Faculty of Economics in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Central European University in 2000 to 2001. Fésûs also holds a law degree from Szeged University, Faculty of Law, earned between 1994 and 2000. Additionally, László has achieved certifications such as ITIL Foundation from ITIL Certified in 2013 and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2004. Fésûs also passed the legal bar exam in 2005.
