Dr. Jörg Richartz

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished professional in the fields of social work and education, currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. Prather has extensive experience as an Education Consultant with The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Additional roles include Contributing Professor at Walden University, Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University, and Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Ohio Dominican University. Early career experiences include various positions at The Ohio State University, including Graduate Research Assistant and School Social Worker roles in Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District.
