Jens Rosenfeld

Jens Rosenfeld is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering and IT management, currently serving as the People Lead for the Software Engineering Chapter in Data & Analytics at Deutsche Telekom since April 2017. In this role, Jens promotes Servant Leadership while managing a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers. Additionally, as the Business Owner for the IT HR Employee Journey Hub, Jens oversees the end-to-end IT systems for recruitment, growth, and learning, driving agile transformation initiatives. Previous roles include leading application development for information portals and business logic at both T-Systems and Telekom Deutschland GmbH, as well as serving in various leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Online International AG. Jens began his career as an IT Specialist at SoftXel GmbH after obtaining a degree as a Datenverarbeitungskaufmann from opta data hard- und software GmbH.
