Joerg Hoeps

Joerg Hoeps is a seasoned telecommunications executive with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as VP and Head of Global Access Delivery for Global IP-VPN Production at Deutsche Telekom since July 2020, Joerg oversees a team of local network provisioning managers across 20 countries to ensure high-quality service delivery. Prior to this role, Joerg held various leadership positions at T-Systems from 2002 to 2020, including VP of Global Access Delivery, where responsibilities included managing the performance of network provisioning managers in 21 local business units and developing order management processes. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom Ltd and GLOBAL ONE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, where Joerg focused on international sales, marketing, and satellite services. Joerg's education includes participation in the Leadership Trust program.
