Norbert Laux

Norbert Laux is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in network infrastructure and operations, currently serving as CTO and Vice President of Network Infrastructure for North America at Deutsche Telekom since January 2009. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at both Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems, as well as various positions in customer service, sales support, product management, and network operations at Deutsche Telekom. Early in their career, Norbert Laux contributed to research and development at BT. Educational qualifications include a Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School, an Executive MBA in International from the University of Birmingham, and a Diplom Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik (Nachrichtentechnik) from Fachhochschule Darmstadt.
