Ole Heydekamp is a seasoned design and customer experience professional with extensive experience at Deutsche Telekom, currently serving as Lead Customer Experience Management in the CEX division. Heydekamp has a strong background in innovation management, having led teams focused on Virtual Digital Assistants and AI integration. Previous roles include Creative Director and Associate Creative Director within Deutsche Telekom Design, as well as founding the design studio ZelmerHeydekamp Design. Heydekamp's academic credentials include a Diplom Designer from Köln International School of Design and experience in teaching UX courses at ReDI School of Digital Integration. Recognized for contributions to the field, Heydekamp has also served on the jury for the UX Design Awards.
