Philippe Tambourgi

Philippe Tambourgi serves as VP & Partner at Telekom Strategy Consulting at Deutsche Telekom since July 2017, leading the Practice Markets & Innovation and the Practice "Digital and IT." Prior to this role, Philippe was Managing Partner at Detecon International GmbH from 2005 to June 2017, where leadership was demonstrated in strategy and transformation projects across Europe, the USA, and the MENA region, along with client development in the telecom sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at E-Plus Mobilfunk from 2002 to 2005 and as Managing Consultant at Eutelis Consult GmbH from 1996 to 2002, focusing on consulting within the European telecom industry. Philippe began a career as a Software Engineer at Siemens Switzerland from 1992 to 1996, specializing in software development for OSS and mediation devices. Philippe Tambourgi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from EPFL and a Baccalaureat from Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour.
