Harriehausen Sabine

Harriehausen Sabine has extensive experience in project management and grant acquisition, particularly in the media development sector. Currently serving as Grant Acquisition Manager for Media Development at Deutsche Welle since January 2022, Harriehausen is responsible for consulting regional departments on project design and compliance with EuropeAid standards, as well as leading project applications for media development. Previous roles include working as a Referentin für EU finanzierte Projekte at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, where responsibilities involved worldwide project applications for EU-funded initiatives in democracy promotion. Harriehausen's career also features significant positions in financial and project administration across various organizations, including DoRo Film- und Fernsehproduktions GmbH, AgrEvo GmbH, and Schering AG, complemented by a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Information Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin.
