Andrea Erlings

Andrea Erlings has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Deutsche Windtechnik since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as an HR advisor at Eltag Electric B.V. and Longfonds, where responsibilities included recruitment, HR analytics, and the development of digital HR systems. Andrea also has experience in payroll administration and optimization of performance systems in various organizations, including Fonds Psychische Gezondheid and Royal Bammens b.v. Beginning a career in administrative roles at Strukton and Convoi archief beheer, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and relevant qualifications in social pedagogical work and floral design.
