Gesine Michold-Brehm, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been with Deutsche Windtechnik, starting as a Supply Chain Manager and later serving as the Director of Supply Chain and currently as the Director of Spare Part Sales - Americas. Prior to this, they worked at Kaechele Holding LP from 2011 to 2016, initially as an Assistant Branch Manager and later as a Branch Manager/Key Account Manager/Warehouse Manager. At Kaechele Holding, they were responsible for distribution, operations, customer service, and human resources, as well as coordinating production, shipping, and distribution of products. Gesine also played a key role in managing key accounts and implementing LEAN principles in the warehouse. Before that, they worked at Hanse Sail Association as an Event Coordinator and Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011.
Gesine Michold-Brehm, MBA, has a diverse education history. Gesine completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in the Manchester Global MBA program at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business from Lancaster University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Before pursuing their undergraduate degree, Gesine attended the European School of Economics Milan in 2004-2005, where they focused on International Business.
In addition to their formal education, Gesine Michold-Brehm has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Gesine completed a Managerial Accounting course through Coursera Course Certificates in January 2017. In the same month, they also received a certification in Master Value Chain Analysis from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign - College of Business. Lastly, in August 2016, Gesine obtained a certification in Supply Chain Management: A Learning Perspective, again through Coursera Course Certificates.
