Klaus Stegemann has a diverse work experience in the wind energy industry. klaus started their career at General Electric in 2002 and worked as a Technical Leader and Lead Engineer. In 2009, they joined Kenersys Europe GmbH as a Manager Service Engineering, where they stayed until 2013. klaus then worked as the Betriebsleiter Wind at Stadtwerke Münster GmbH from 2013 to 2015. After that, they held the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Jungblut Wind Elements GmbH & Co. KG for a year. klaus then moved on to JHS Jungblut GmbH & Co KG, where they worked as a Service Manager until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Engineer at Deutsche Windtechnik AG, a position they have held since March 2018.

Klaus Stegemann completed their education in a chronological pattern. From 1990 to 1995, they attended FH Münster and obtained a degree in Maschinenbau, known as Dipl.-Ing.
