Carsten Deters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international training and consulting. As the Managing Director and Owner of Carsten Deters & Partner since May 2009, Carsten focuses on aligning training programs with clients' strategic corporate goals. Carsten Deters serves as a cooperation partner at TÜV Rheinland Academy, offering accredited trainer qualification programs. Additionally, as a member of dvct and BVMW, Carsten Deters collaborates with various organizations to enhance coaching and training standards. In association with iMove, Carsten promotes international cooperation in vocational education and training. Previous roles include consulting and developing training organizations for Jungheinrich AG and lecturing on aviation technology at Hamburg Chamber of Commerce Training Service, alongside a long tenure with Lufthansa CityLine as an inspector and trainer.
