Christine Graf

Christine Graf is an accomplished Agile Coach and Scrum Master, currently serving as the Founder of "be agile" since December 2020, where Christine specializes in Scrum implementation, agile leadership coaching, and self-organization. In addition to their role at "be agile," Christine Graf is the second chairperson of the Fachverband Agile Coaching e.V., overseeing network management, communication, and marketing. Christine Graf has also been contributing to the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz as part of the social services since June 2021. Prior to their current endeavors, Christine Graf undertook a sabbatical for personal travel and gained experience as an Agile Coach intern at Adient Aerospace, further enhancing skills through a certification program at Habmann AufstiegsAkademie. Christine Graf's previous professional background includes a decade at Hays, where roles ranged from Senior Key Account Manager in the automotive sector to financial administration. Christine Graf's educational foundation includes training as a business management assistant and financial accountant.
