Himanshu Raina

Himanshu Raina has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Himanshu currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources at DEV IT SERV PVT. LTD., where they are responsible for developing leaders, anticipating growth and training needs, and overseeing the company's HR plans. In this role, they focus on talent acquisition, competency development, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and resource allocation.

Prior to their current position, Himanshu worked as the General Manager Human Resources at Azure Power, a solar energy company. Himanshu Raina completed their MBA in MPM from Bharati Vidyapeeth - Pune University during the years 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Kirorimal College - Delhi University from 1996 to 1999.
