Julia Shih

Julia Shih worked as the Director of Finance & Contracts at Dev Technology Group, Inc. from April 2001 to the present. Julia also served as the Accounting Manager at Neocera Inc. from October 1996 to March 2004.

Julia Shih completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park from 1990 to 1994. Julia then pursued their MBA in Financial Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2002 to 2005.
