Raimonda is immersed in human resource management (HRM) field for almost all her professional life as a business consultant, Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics, and practitioner.

Here at Devbridge her strategic approach to HRM and solid experience lays the foundation for the best global HR management practices for the entire organization to adopt and maintain our unique work culture along.

Given her personal mission is to change an outdated approach to HR management and promote the significance of contemporary one, Raimonda is determined to make an impact in the field by educating the younger generation and executives along with implementing Devbridge HR Management projects.

In personal life, our Director of HR enjoys spending free time with the family, adores mystery movies and series (e.g. “Others”, “Stranger Things”). She feels her life and job is like a mystery movie. You never know what life brings you. And that is exiting.
