Jay Hanz

Jay Hanz is an experienced Acquisitions Manager with a background in real estate development, material management, and commercial real estate brokerage. Jay has worked with various companies such as Devco Residential Group, Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, and Fluor, where they were involved in procurement, contract negotiation, and budget analysis. With a Master's degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment, Jay has a solid foundation in urban planning and finance. Prior to that, Jay worked as an Analyst and an Associate in commercial real estate, completing lease transactions and analyzing market conditions.
