Alex Sulbaran

Alex Sulbaran is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails and backend systems. Currently serving as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Independent since December 2018, Alex is focused on building a next-generation lottery and online gaming platform. In addition to this role, Alex has been a Software Engineer at Develative since December 2020, engaging in full-stack development. Prior experience includes a pivotal role at DataWeb, C.A from June 2008 to November 2018, where Alex led the development of the "PCLoto" Software using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL. Alex founded TecnoSoft, C.A. from April 2004 to May 2008, and held significant positions at Full Computer and Grupo Marmoca, gaining deep expertise in lottery systems and technical support. Alex holds a degree in computer science from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and qualifications from Centro de Estudios Avanzados CEDIC.
