Andrzej Oślizło

Andrzej Oślizło has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Andrzej is currently the CEO of DEVELIA S.A., leading one of the largest residential developers in Poland. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and Executive Chairman of INELO, a work time management software solutions company. Andrzej also has experience as the Vice President of Aviva, where they played a crucial role in the integration of Expander, a financial intermediary acquired by Aviva. Before that, they were the CEO of Expander Advisors, where they successfully led operational restructuring, strategy development, and company sale. Earlier in their career, Andrzej worked at LOT Polish Airlines, GeoPost Group, DB Schenker, VATECH, and Trinity Management, gaining valuable experience in finance, business development, and management.

Andrzej Oślizło completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the European University Montreux in Switzerland from 1999 to 2000. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach between 1991 and 1995. Earlier in their academic journey, they earned another Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology from 1989 to 1994.
