Jenifer Clausell-Tormos

Jenifer Clausell Tormos, PhD, currently serves as a Business Strategist and Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at Fauna Smart Technologies, focusing on enhancing business performance and product innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Develop Diverse, Jenifer has pioneered a software platform designed to identify and mitigate social biases in organizational communication. Jenifer's experience also includes advisory roles at M-Solar and participation as a jury member and fellow in the Cartier Women's Initiative, enhancing skills and leadership in social entrepreneurship. With a foundation in research from positions at Symphogen A/S and the Spanish National Cancer Research Center, Jenifer holds advanced degrees in Chemistry and a PhD in Biochemistry and Technology Development from the University of Strasbourg.
