Alex Nguyen

Asmita Malakar is a Product Manager at Develop for Good since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a developer at Wave Learning Festival, where responsibilities involved maintaining the festival's website with a React frontend and AWS backend from September 2021 to April 2023. Previous roles include Cisco High Extern, Web Consultant for re:Bloom, Frontend Developer at Cledge, and a Cyberpatriot competitor with the Green Hope Black Falcons. Asmita was also a Junior Academy Student at The New York Academy of Sciences, a Technology Intern at STEMchats, and a Summer Research Fellow at the International Socioeconomics Laboratory, focusing on homelessness research in Philadelphia. Asmita is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University, expected to graduate in May 2027.
