Sarah-Elizabeth Langford serves as the Executive Director of the Development Authority of Fulton County since September 2021, where the Authority has facilitated over $25 billion in bonds to support the growth of businesses and institutions in Fulton County, Georgia. Previously, Sarah-Elizabeth was a Board Member for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia from January 2017 to July 2024 and served as the First Lady of the City of Atlanta from September 2013 to January 2018. Additionally, Sarah-Elizabeth held the position of Director of Affordable Housing and Philanthropy at National Church Residences from August 2007 to August 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, a Doctor of Law from Howard University School of Law, and studies at Université de Rennes I.
