Valerie Flanagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship support across various organizations. Currently serving as an enterPRIZE Challenge Advisor at the International Labour Organization (ILO) South Africa, Valerie has played a pivotal role in securing R85 million for the expansion of the ILO's SME Development Initiative. Previous roles include Jobs Fund Advisor at Microsoft South Africa, where significant funding was raised for initiatives promoting technology and entrepreneurship among youth, and Head of Partnerships at Enablis, supporting entrepreneurship development in Africa.
