Hailu Worku Obsse

Hailu Worku Obsse is currently the Engineering Division Manager at the Development Bank of Ethiopia. Hailu previously held positions as a Senior Engineer and Engineering Officer within the same company. Hailu is also a Software Developer and Training Specialist at HILUXDEV Software Development and Training Center. Additionally, Hailu works as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Addis Ababa University.
