Catherine-Candice Koffman

Catherine-Candice Koffman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project finance and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Group Executive Project Preparation at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) since February 2021, Catherine-Candice has held key leadership roles at Nedbank Limited, including Head of Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Water, and Co-Head Infrastructure, Public Sector & TMT Finance. Previous positions include Legal Investment Director at Harith Fund Managers and various roles at Nedbank, where Catherine-Candice developed and managed teams, executed strategic initiatives, and provided legal and commercial guidance on infrastructure projects. Catherine-Candice holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from TRIUM Global Executive and an LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with extensive training from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and The London School of Economics.
