Lerisha B.

Lerisha B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Trainee Accountant at Deloitte, where they worked until 2014. Lerisha then became an Assistant Audit Manager at Deloitte from November 2014 to July 2015. In 2015, they joined Beiersdorf as a Finance Functional Controller for a few months before moving on to Investec in 2016 as a Credit Trading Accountant. Lerisha joined the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in early 2017 as a Group Financial Reporting Accountant for a short period of time. Later in 2017, they joined Lloyds Banking Group, where they worked as a Finance Manager - Portfolio Management Business Partner until June 2018. In 2018, they joined the Development Bank of Wales as an Investment Performance Accountant, and currently holds this position. Additionally, Lerisha served as a Board Member at Cardiff Community Housing Association from November 2020 to July 2021.

Lerisha B. completed their education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Lerisha obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from 2008 to 2010, achieving Cum Laude honors. In 2011, Lerisha went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the same university. In October 2014, they obtained the Chartered Accountant certification (CA(SA)) from SAICA.
