Fred S. Zeidman

Fred Zeidman serves as chairman of Gordian Group LLC, a U.S. investment bank specializing in board level advice in complex, distressed or ‘story’ financial matters. He also serves as CEO and co-chairman of Good Works Acquisition Corp., a publicly-held Specific Purpose Acquisition Corp., since June 2020. Fred is chairman emeritus of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, to which he was appointed by President George W. Bush in March 2002, serving until 2010. A prominent Houston-based business and civic leader, Fred is chairman emeritus of the University of Texas Health Science System Houston and director of the Texas Heart Institute. He was chairman of the Israel Bonds National Campaign Advisory Council from 2010-2017.
