Casey Wilson

Casey leads business strategy and operations at Development Seed. She translates our talent and passion into business strategies that continuously improve the organization as they grow the team. Casey is building high-growth operations that allow them to deliver on their ambitious goals as industry leaders and innovators.

Casey has dedicated her career to building high-performance teams in human rights and international development fields. Casey comes to Development Seed from FHI 360, where she oversaw operations of global education projects and contributed to strategic and operational planning for FHI 360’s newest technology unit.

Casey spent several years in Central America working to protect those displaced by violence and victims of human rights violations through the use of strategic litigation. Casey graduated from American University with a B.A. in International Studies. She speaks Spanish and Arabic.
