Mariam Gordeladze

Mariam Gordeladze is a highly experienced professional specializing in recruitment and electoral analysis with a focus on international projects. As a Senior Recruiter for International Projects at DevelopmentAid since March 2022, Mariam identifies and recruits experts for various global projects funded by organizations such as the EU and USAID. Prior roles include serving as an Associate Analyst for the International Republican Institute, where Mariam evaluated electoral compliance and contributed to report drafting during municipal elections. Previous experiences also encompass teaching Advanced English and IB History, as well as research roles within the Parliament of Georgia.
