Yuan-Tai Hung

Yuan-Tai Hung is currently the Swine Research Manager at Devenish Nutrition (North America), responsible for conducting swine research trials addressing challenges in the US pork industry, collaborating with an R&D team to develop research plans and analyze data on feed additives and nutritional solutions. Prior to this role, Yuan-Tai served as a Post-Doctoral Research Specialist at the University of Minnesota, utilizing multi-omics approaches to explore growth responses in pigs to dietary interventions, and held various positions including Swine Nutrition Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Yuan-Tai holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science in Animal Science from National Chung Hsing University, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Tunghai University. Additionally, experience at Leader Nutrition Technologies Co. Ltd involved sales and technical support, fostering customer relationships and providing technical services.
