Lerika Mallayeva

Lerika Mallayeva has a wealth of experience in the fields of animation, graphic design, and game art. Lerika began their career in 2006 as a Flash-developer, designer, and animator at XITEX Software, a leading offshore software outsourcing company. In the same year, they also began teaching at the Computer Academy "SHAG" and working as an animator at ToonGuru. In 2005, they completed an internship as a solids modeler at PZL Swidnik, Poland.

In 2008, Mallayeva began working as a Flash animator, graphic designer, and game artist as a freelancer, and also as a Flash animator and game artist at Xenao Games. Lerika also became the Country Group Co-Manager of the Ukrainian Adobe Flash Platform User Group and the CEO & Founder of DevGAMM. In 2009, they were Managing Director of FlashGAMM Conference at Absolutist Ltd. and, in 2013, they were Managing Director of DevGAMM Conference at Renatus. In 2016, they bought their business back.

Lerika Mallayeva obtained a Master's degree from Donetsk National Technical University between 2001 and 2007, where they studied Computer, Design, Programming, Economics, Ecology, Polish, Monitoring, Statistics, and Analysis. In 2005, they also completed a 4 from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they studied European Integration, Polish Hystory, and Polish Economic.
