Kelly MacIel Mota

Kelly Maciel Mota is a Human Resources Coordinator at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa since May 2022, having previously served as a Guest Services Supervisor and Guest Services Agent at Royal Palm Hotels and Resort from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Docent at SESC and as an English teacher at Kumon Brasil. Kelly holds a specialization in the Development of Human Potential in Organizations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from UFSCar, along with a Technical degree in Travel Agency from ETEC Fernando Prestes. Additionally, Kelly is pursuing a General English course at Kaplan International Centers.
