Eric Falkenham is a shareholder at Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A. since 1993, specializing in litigation before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, the New Hampshire Workers Compensation Appeals Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Additionally, Eric has served as the Chairman of the New Hampshire Transportation Appeals Board since 1986 and is a long-standing member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, where involvement includes past chairmanship of the Workers Compensation Section and current participation in the Legislative Committee. Previously, Eric worked as an associate attorney at Bianco Professional Association from 1985 to 1993. Eric holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
