Syed Faizan Ishtiaq

Syed Faizan Ishtiaq currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Devletes since January 2024. Prior to this role, Syed held the position of People Operations Manager at DARVIS from November 2022 to December 2023. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, Syed worked as the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager at iGate Technologies Pakistan from November 2019 to November 2022, and previously as the Admin Manager at The City School Official from April 2018 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as HR Coordinator at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from July 2016 to March 2018, and as HR Officer at Pukar Foundation (NGO) from July 2015 to April 2016. Syed began a career in human resources with an internship at Barclays bank plc in July 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained between 2013 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution, completed from August 2008 to September 2012.
