Dr. Parvesh Tohan

Dr. Parvesh Tohan is an accomplished professional in human resources and total rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards, Performance & People Analytics at RAKBANK since April 2023. Prior experience includes notable positions at Mashreq Bank as Vice President and AVP, focusing on total rewards and HR digital transformation, as well as leading performance and rewards management at Landmark Group. Dr. Tohan's career also features a role as Group HR Manager at Aditya Birla Group, where responsibilities included enhancing employee performance and rewards. Earlier experience at Wipro involved HR business consulting and project management for significant clients, and a management internship at Whirlpool of India Ltd.
