Vanessa Comendador

Vanessa Comendador joined Devo in April 2022 as Global Director, Human Resource Business Partners and was named Worldwide VP, Human Resources in May 2023. Vanessa is focused on aligning the business needs with the people strategy and is instrumental in making Devo a great place to work and supporting the growth of Devos around the world. Vanessa brings more than 20 years of HR experience 14 of which were in leadership roles at Celgene and Bristol Myers Squibb, where she built the HR function from scratch in Spain and Portugal as part of the senior leadership team, worked in Switzerland, the Middle East, Russia and Turkey, contributed to many international projects and work in global compensation.
