Tony Pugliano

Tony Pugliano is a Senior Staff Geochemist at Devon Energy since January 2016, focused on numeric geochemical modeling, time-lapse fluid geochemistry, and subsurface water characterization. Pugliano has extensive experience in scientific evaluation and subsurface characterization for business development and corporate acquisitions, having evaluated over 22 deals worth over $60 billion. Pugliano's earlier roles include Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Kansas, where research focused on carbonate deposits and fluid inclusion geochemistry. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Additional studies include a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry at the University of Oklahoma, set to complete in December 2023.
