Andrea Grant, PgMP, SPC, CSM, PMP, PBA, RMP, ACP, SCT has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Andrea started their career in 2006 as a Technical Account Manager at Microsoft in Jamaica, where they were responsible for optimizing the IT service delivery processes of Microsoft's premier customers. In 2010, they joined Framework Projects as a Scaled Agile Trainer/Certified Training Partner and CEO/Agile Coach/Trainer, where they successfully implemented a SCRUM Agile Software development project and managed the business requirements for the implementation of a new service. In 2014, they joined Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited as an Agile Coach/Trainer. In 2015, they joined VMEdu Inc. as a Scrum Certified Trainer/Authorized Training Partner. In 2016, they joined DevOps Institute as a DevOps Institute Certified Trainer and ICD Group Limited as an Agile Coach/Trainer. In 2016, they also joined Caricoin Ltd as an Agile Coach/Trainer, where they improved the agile development process of the team and provided coaching to the team to assist in increasing the quality of the products and services to customers. In 2019, they joined CEPRES as an Agile Coach/Trainer and in 2020 they joined Dispendix as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Agile Consultant.

Andrea Grant, PgMP, SPC, CSM, PMP, PBA, RMP, ACP, SCT has an extensive education history. Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies in 1998. In 2002, they earned a Master's degree in Economic Reform and Policies for Development from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo. In 2006, they were awarded a Certificate of Achievement from Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft Operations Framework Change Quadrant. In 2007, they received a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003) from Microsoft Corporation. In 2010, they were awarded a Certificate of completion from the University of New Orleans for Project Management Principles and Practices. In 2015, they earned a Certificate from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin for Disaster Risk Management, as well as a 6 Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) from 6sigmastudy. Andrea also obtained a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in October 2015, an Agile Master Certified (AMC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(340 pages) in September 2015, and a Scrum product owner Certified (SPOC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile;Download Free Scrum Body of Knowledge(340 pages) in August 2015. Andrea also earned an Agile Project Management PMI-ACP Certification License # 1864338 from the Project Management Institute in 2015, and a PMI Risk Management Professional (RMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2017. In 2014, they were awarded a Project Management from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained a Program Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
