Jaime Nagase has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2007, they began their career as an IT Tech Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2009, they moved to Impacta Tecnologia as a Microsoft Instructor. In 2012, they joined Cielo as an IT Specialist, where they were responsible for the oversight and hands-on management of Operations in a portifolio of card solutions spread out in Brazil. Jaime was later promoted to IT Services Specialist - Workplace Management and IT Operational Services - Tech Manager. In 2018, they became the Platform Engineering Tech Manager at Itaú Unibanco. In 2020, they were appointed as the Head of Cloud & DevSecOps at Porto Seguro. In 2021, they took on the roles of Professor at Quode and DevOps Ambassador at DevOps Institute. Currently, they are a Sr. Business Development Manager, Modern Applications & Serverless Services - LATAM at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Jaime Nagase has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Jobs in São Paulo. In 2010, they completed a PostGraduate in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2017, they completed an MBA Extension from UC Irvine, focusing on Innovation, Macroeconomics, Business, Management, Marketing and Leadership. In 2019, they completed a course from MIT Sloan Executive Education focusing on Platform Strategies for Success, Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services. Additionally, Jaime has obtained several certifications, including DevOps Leader from DevOps Institute in 2021, ITIL Expert Certificated from EXIN in 2015, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, MCSA 2008 – Microsoft Certified System Administrator from Microsoft in 2010, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in 2020, and MCT – Microsoft Certified Trainer from Microsoft in 2008.
