Aiste Savickaite has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Aiste started their career at the Ministerio de Defensa de Lituania as an assistant in the Department of Planificación Estratégica y Misiones Internacionales. Aiste then worked at Entelgy as a Gestor Administrativo in projects for Telefonica España and Telefonica Internacional, where they managed services for large companies and performed operations such as provisioning and service desk support.
Aiste later joined Devoteam, where they held different positions. Aiste worked as a PMO/Project Manager at Santander Global Tech, an IT Change Manager at Telefonica Business Solutions, and an IT Services responsible at GFS Interflora. Aiste also held the role of IT Change Manager at SantaLucía Seguros. Aiste's responsibilities in these roles included project management, risk analysis, coordination of service transitions, vendor management, capacity planning, and demand management. Aiste also had experience in preparing certifications, analyzing business opportunities, and reporting to management.
Currently, they work as an IT Delivery Manager CISO at Santander Digital Services within Devoteam. Aiste is responsible for managing IT delivery and CISO operations. Previously, they served as a Service Manager at the Cloud Competence Center in Banco Santander, where they managed global migration projects and oversaw OHE 2 operations.
Throughout their career, Aiste has gained experience using various tools such as Service Now, Remedy On Demand, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Their work experience spans from 2007 to the present.
Aiste Savickaite completed their Licenciatura en Gestión de la Administración Pública from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2008. Aiste also studied Political Science and Government at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications in LITA Lean IT Foundation from EXIN in 2016 and ITIL v3 from EXIN in 2015.
