Kristen DiOrio, CAPP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Devoted Health since November 2019, focusing on healthcare services for seniors. As the Founder of MIND Your Business, Kristen utilizes evidence-based Positive Psychology to assist professionals in enhancing their potential and resilience. Previous roles include Senior Talent Partner at Accolade, Inc., and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Integral Ad Science, among other positions in talent acquisition and recruitment across various companies. Kristen holds a Certification in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center and a BA in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Penn State University.
