Poojan Kumar

Poojan Kumar is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Co-founder & CEO at Clumio since October 2017, Poojan previously held the position of VP, Engineering & Products at Nutanix from September 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, Poojan co-founded and served as CEO of PernixData, which specialized in server-side storage and analytics and raised $62 million from notable investors before its acquisition by Nutanix in September 2016. Earlier in the career, Poojan was the Head of Data Products at VMware and co-founded the Oracle Exadata project at Oracle Corporation. Poojan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
