Jennifer Savage

Jennifer Savage has extensive experience in various roles related to research and development, microbiology, and account management. Jennifer is currently working as the Global Head of Product Application at Devro s.r.o. since March 2020. Prior to that, they held several positions at Kerry, including Senior Account Manager, Global Account Manager, Senior Innovation Project Manager, and Senior R&D Technologist. Jennifer has also worked as a Research Scientist Microbiology at the Department of Environmental Research Institute, UCC and the Microbiology Department at University College Cork. Jennifer has a strong background in microbiology research, including projects related to fermentation systems and dairy waste water treatment. Jennifer has also worked as a Research Assistant at Alimentary Health Ltd., focusing on therapeutic probiotics. Overall, Jennifer Savage brings a combination of scientific expertise, project management skills, and account management experience to their current role as Global Head of Product Application.

Jennifer Savage completed their education at University College Cork. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science and Technology from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer continued their studies at the same institution and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology from 2006 to 2010.
