Dr. Jacqueline Jere Folotiya has extensive experience in the field of education and research. Dr. Jacqueline Jere currently serves as a Program Manager at DevTech Systems, Inc. for the USAID Education Data Activity, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer and Researcher at the University of Zambia since June 2006.
Dr. Jacqueline Jere Folotiya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Educational Psychology, which they earned from the University of Zambia and the University of Jyvaskyla between 2011 and 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Zambia and Yale University from 2004 to 2006. Dr. Folotiya's educational journey began at the University of Zambia, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, they acquired a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Certificate from Johns Hopkins University in 2012.
