Kathleen Clements has work experience spanning a variety of sectors and roles. Kathleen is currently employed as a Data Analyst at DevTech Systems, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Data and Statistics Research Assistant Consultant at UN Women, where they conducted analysis and prepared outputs for research projects related to gender and poverty. Kathleen also supported the dissemination of information on this work and participated in report writing.
Before their role at UN Women, Kathleen worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Frederick S. Pardee Center for International Futures. Kathleen also worked as a Communications Intern at Lobbyists 4 Good, creating advocacy content and developing marketing campaigns.

Kathleen Clements pursued their education in a chronological order. Kathleen began their educational journey in 2010 at Ashbury College, where they completed their International Baccalaureate degree from 2010 to 2014. Then, from 2014 to 2018, Kathleen attended William & Mary and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics. In 2017, they also studied Development Economics and International Development at the University of Amsterdam for a brief period. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Kathleen continued their education at the University of Denver - Josef Korbel School of International Studies from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. Additionally, in 2021, they attended the Geneva Graduate Institute for a short period to pursue another Master of Arts degree in International Development.
