Shashi Singh is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and quick-service restaurant industries. Currently serving as the COO at Devyani International Limited since October 2020, Shashi oversees operations for multiple Pizza Hut locations in India, managing an annual turnover of 200 crores INR and leading a team of over 1000 employees. Prior roles include Senior Regional Coach at KFC India, where Shashi managed a 150-crore INR turnover and successfully opened new stores according to Yum! Brands' standards. With a solid foundation in training and team development from various positions at Yum! Brands, as well as prior management experience at Hilton Worldwide and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Shashi combines strategic operational management with a commitment to brand integrity and guest satisfaction. Shashi holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Chennai.
