Shawn Halcott

Shawn Halcott possesses extensive experience in the optical and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Service Technician at DEWALT since January 2020, Shawn also operates Halcott's Surface Improvements as the Owner since November 2018. Previously, Shawn worked as an Ophthalmic Lab Technician at Walman Optical Company from August 2007 to November 2019, running and maintaining edgers for daily production. Additional roles include Store Manager/Optician at USA Optical and General Manager at Eyemart Express, focusing on sales, fitting, and dispensing of eyewear. Shawn holds an ABO certification in Ophthalmic Dispensing, obtained in 2011, and has a diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Thompson Institute.
