Carl C. Kaczmarek III, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation design and project management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Roadway Department Manager for the Fairfax Office of the Mid-Atlantic Transportation Group at Dewberry since February 2009, Carl has held various roles including Senior Associate and Project Manager. Responsibilities include delivering economical transportation design solutions for diverse public and private clients, managing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with project submissions. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer and Inspector, including a significant role as lead structural and roadway inspector for the US I-95 Interchange project in Prince George's County, Maryland. Carl began their career at Dewberry as an intern from May 2006 to August 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2008.
